New Sanctuary Project

Foundation PouredConstruction Continues We are excited to report that the foundation was poured June 8th! With the footers, foundation, and underground electrical and plumbing conduit in place, the walls are beginning to rise! The landscaping walls are complete and the new parking lots are nearing completion also. Landscaping improvements are ongoing around the property as the site plan is implemented. Over the next few weeks work will continue as the new sanctuary begins to rise.

New Sanctuary Ground Breaking Ceremony! The excitement was palpable as the TACF church family packed the parking lot for the new sanctuary ground breaking ceremony during the March 21st Sunday morning service! The ground was anointed with oil and many hands took turns with a shovel as Pastor Bob encouraged the body to press on to see the spiritual house that God is building at TACF. Front Parking Lot Takes Shape

The New Building  The new building will be 7360 sq. ft. and will seat approximately 548 people (our current building seats about 150 people). The facility will also include new bathrooms, a nursing mothers room, and a new bookstore/resource room. Construction is expected to take 4-6 months to complete.

Our bond company, Royal Securities, is selling to investors $1.26m in TACF bonds. This amount will pay off our existing mortage, provide us $600K toward the new cArtist's Rendering of new TACF Sanctuaryonstruction, and cover other closing costs while we continue to raise the additional funds required to complete the construction of the new facility.

We are asking those who have a heart for our “emerging worship center” to do a couple of things. First, please bathe this in prayer! Pray for the bonds to sell and for the funds needed to come in.

Second, would you prayerfully consider what you could give financially toward this bClearing the Landuilding project. We sincerely thank you for your prayers and financial help toward this project that will impact Tucson and the nations.

We welcome your financial gifts, payable to TACF, 1212 S. Palo Verde, Tucson, AZ 85713. Tucson Area Christian Fellowship is an IRS tax-exempt non-profit organization and all financial contributions are tax deductible. Designate “Building Fund” in the memo block. Your Seed Shall Be Prosperous!

When we pray, our spirit is open to heaven’s strategies, direction, and revelation that we need here on earth. We have the opportunity to bring Heaven to Earth through that which has been revealed. In the beginning of March, the Lord spoke to me, “You are living in a Zechariah 8:12 moment.” I quickly grabbed my Bible, looked up this verse, and read, “For the seed shall be prosperous, the vine shall give its fruit, the ground shall give her increase, and the heavens shall give their dew—I will cause the remnant of this people to possess all these.”

My faith instantly soared for financial provision as the Holy Spirit breathed on this passage and I have been declaring this for weeks over our family and church. Further, in 2005 God began to challenge me to “sow seed into India, and watch for the sanctuary building I will give you!” As most of you know, during 2006-2008, I made 4 trips to India ministering to thousands in crusades and leadership conferences. Additionally in 2007 we also sponsored the construction of a church building in one of the Indian villages in the Andrea Pradesh region.

Now, as I am coming to the Father in prayer, I’m simply reminding Him of His promises, “Father you said, that if we sowed seed into India, that you would provide for us a new sanctuary building. Father I thank you, that we are living in a Zechariah 8:12 moment, and that our seed shall be prosperous and yield heaven’s increase! Father, I thank you for your provision and for this new building - Amen!” Both of those words were “seeds of faith” given by the Lord. They imparted a grace for faith and confidence to pray those words knowing that it is the will of the Father. I want to encourage you to wait upon the Lord, commune with Him, and simply ask Him to provide revelation and faith for that which you are praying (Jer. 33:3). Once received, declare heaven’s decrees here on earth and watch what God does!
