Overcoming Fear
by Alisha Budy
June 1, 2009
The other day, I was getting some gas at a local gas station. In a hurry, I spouted my usual “twenty on one, please,” handed the cashier my cash, and waited. But as he took the money, he muttered something slightly unintelligible, with an obviously frustrated tone.

The Sound of Christmas
by Glenn Wristen
December 17, 2008
Ah, the Christmas season! The colored lights, the tinsel; the festive music playing everywhere! Radio stations transformed in an instant to all-Christmas, all-the-time! It is awesome to hear Christmas carols in Wal-Mart and at the mall; when else do we hear Christ proclaimed on the public address system? It’s part of the Sound of Christmas. Let the Sound go forth, I say!

How High Will You Climb?
by Sandy D'Entremont
October 11, 2008
As I was soaking this week, I had a clear vision of me as a mountain goat leaping, jumping, and bounding up a tall, steep mountain. As song after song played, I (as a mountain goat) continued to climb higher and higher – unafraid of the height, the craggy terrain, or the steepness of the cliffs.

What Do You See?
by Jane Quijada
September 22, 2008
While driving on a recent Saturday, the Lord told me, "I need to see how you see." I couldn't understand why he said that! I thought maybe it was me saying that to him, which is possible, because we all need to see how God see things, right?

A Tale of Dogs, Haircuts, and Other Good News
by Glenn Wristen
June 27, 2008
So, today was hair appointment day. Yup. Me and the dogs… Getting the locks cut is always a milestone for us. They, because it allows them to see again, and me because; just because, I guess!

The Power of Remembrance Stones
by Sandy D'Entremont
April 30, 2008
Sticky notes – They’re great, aren’t they? They come in all sizes, shapes, colors, and designs. These sticky pieces of paper serve a basic function: to help remind us of important things we want or need to remember.

What's in a WORD?
by Cathy Gideon
February 19, 2008
I’ve been a visual learner for as long as I can remember. So, I wasn’t surprised when, one day, I heard a word and immediately “saw” an acronym for it. I believe these acronyms are from my Heavenly Father. I can see acronyms at most any time; praying, reading, listening, singing, or speaking. My experience is that each time the Lord shows one to me, it surely is a timely “word.” Let me share some acronyms with you...

Mission: India
by Jim Pieleleier
January 30, 2008
A few months ago I had the privilege of meeting James Rebbavarapu, the president of India Christian Ministries and founder and overseer of approximately 1200 churches in India. He was invited by Pastor Bob to minister at TACF. After sharing about our mutual interests in India I felt that a kindred spirit was developing.

Small Groups: The Treasure Within
by Bruce Wentworth
December 10, 2007
I have to say, I really enjoy getting together with small groups. Remembering back to when I was first “born again,” there was a hunger and thirst for more of God. Although Sunday sermons were good, I wanted more volume (quantity) and specifics than what was available in a corporate meeting.

Is Your Ministry Fresh?
by Glenn Wristen
November 27, 2007
I listened as a young man related his Christian experience to Pastor Bob and me after one of Randy Clark’s meetings during the recent School of Healing and Impartation. Frustration, even depression, seemed to characterize his Christian walk. “I go to Sunday services,” “I go to the mid-week services,” “I go to weekly Bible studies and prayer meetings.” But he wasn’t satisfied.

Unwarranted Surprise!
by Glenn Wristen
September 26, 2007
I’m not quite sure what the folks lining up for the Food Box ministry might have been thinking if any of them overheard me as I prayed – “I speak healing to this compound miter saw right now in Jesus name!”
